KÚPS delivers anywhere in Morocco. This page summarises rates, timings and how an order unfolds.

Rates

The rate is flat: it depends neither on the city, nor the weight, nor the number of items. Ordering 1 kg or three 250 g bags costs the same in delivery.

We deliver in Morocco only

The shop serves the Moroccan market. We do not ship abroad at this time.

How an order unfolds

1. You order on the site and choose your payment method.
2. We confirm by call or message before dispatch. This step is systematic: it prevents address errors and lost parcels.
3. We prepare your order.
4. You receive it at the address given.

A valid phone number is therefore essential when ordering: without it, confirmation cannot take place and dispatch is delayed.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available, with no ceiling. You pay when you receive your order.

Card payment is also planned. No banking data is stored by this site: card payments are handled by the banking provider.

Collection in store

In-store collection is not offered at this time.

Receiving your coffee

Coffee travels well, provided it is stored correctly on arrival. Keep it whole bean, in its original bag properly resealed, away from light and heat sources. Above all, do not put it in the fridge: we explain why in this guide.
