Some lots stand apart. A rare variety, an extreme altitude, a micro-plot — sometimes all three. These coffees are counted in bags, not tonnes, and their availability follows the rhythm of the harvests.
They include Blue Mountain from Jamaica, scored 88 points, Geisha from Peru, Yellow Bourbon and Alchemy Wadi Jannat from Yemen.
